Helmur Tactile Lab
Terms of use
Last updated October 8, 2026
These terms cover your use of Helmur Tactile Lab at lab.helmur.com, run by Helmur ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The course
Anyone can read the course overview. Module content is for learners we've approved. Signing in with Google lets you ask to join; it doesn't guarantee a place. We decide who gets access, and we can change or remove access at any time, for example when a cohort ends.
The course is evolving. We may change, reorder or remove modules, schedules and features as we go.
Your account
Sign in with your own Google account and keep it secure. Don't share access with others. Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
What you build is yours
Projects, code, writing and designs you make while taking the course belong to you. When you share your work with us for review, you allow us to look at it and comment on it. We'll ask before using it anywhere else, such as an example in a future course.
Our content
The course materials, including briefs, examples, text and design, belong to Helmur. You may use them for your own learning. Please don't republish or sell them without our permission.
Use the site fairly
Don't try to get into parts of the site you haven't been given access to, interfere with how it works, or use it to break the law or harm others.
Third-party tools
The course asks you to use tools made by others, such as Claude Code, GitHub, hosting services and Slack. Those tools have their own terms and costs, which are between you and their providers. We aren't responsible for them.
No guarantees
We provide the site and course "as is". We work to make them useful and accurate, but we don't promise that the site will always be available or free of errors, or that the course will produce any particular result for you. AI tools can make mistakes, so check their output before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Helmur isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the course. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the course, if any.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell signed-up learners about significant changes. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why.
